When you are informed by your child’s school or the SEN team that they will be starting at Jigsaw, you will

be invited to visit the school for a tour and to meet the staff. During this initial meeting, you will be asked to

provide key information, which will be used to complete the Jigsaw Passport.

Pupils may then visit at a later stage, giving them the opportunity to spend some time in their new

classroom and meet both staff and fellow pupils. An integration timetable will also be created to support a

smooth transition into Jigsaw, which typically begins with half days during the first week.
