Anti-Bullying Week - Odd Socks Day

Celebrating What Makes Us Unique: Odd Socks Day 2026
The week beginning the 16th November is Anti-Bullying Week and, on Tuesday 17th, we are kicking things off with Odd Socks Day!
Organised by the Anti-Bullying Alliance, Odd Socks Day is a fun, nationwide event designed to send a powerful message. By simply wearing mismatched socks to school, our pupils and staff are celebrating individuality, embracing diversity, and taking a stand against bullying.
Why Odd Socks?
The idea is simple: no two socks are the exact same, and neither are we! The day is a visual reminder that our differences are what make us special, and everyone deserves to be accepted exactly as they are.
This Year's Theme: "Break the Silence"
This year, Anti-Bullying Week focuses on "Break the Silence." We are encouraging our school community to speak up against bullying, look out for one another, and choose kindness every single day.
We love seeing the creativity, bright colours, and unique combinations our pupils choose. Thank you to all our parents, carers, and staff for supporting this event and helping us foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone at our school.
